We only have one shipping method available at a cost of £5.99 this is on a 2 - 5 day service (not including bank holidays and weekends).

If for any reason there is an issue with your order, we will aim to notify you withing 24 hours and issue a refund if, for some reason, we are unable to fulfill your order.
Want to return an item?
If you wish to return an item you have purchased, it must be returned in its original packaging, with the tags still attached, within 30 days of receiving your item(s). We will extend this over Christmas to 90 days starting on the 1st of November.
We are always happy to swap sizes on products and if, in the unlikely event, you are not satisfied with your product we will offer a full refund.
All returns must be sent back at the purchaser’s expense unless the goods are faulty or damaged.
All goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a new condition. If the item is damaged or faulty (due to the purchaser) there will be charge. This charge will be determined by the level of the damage, if it is unsaleable the full price will be charged or the item can be sent back to the purchaser.

We have provided sizing charts for all our clothing range for your use and strongly recommend you check this before ordering.
In the case of clothing still being the wrong size, the goods must be returned within 10 days of delivery at the purchaser’s cost, and at no extra postage/carriage cost we will send you the size you require by return, providing we have the item in stock. This can take up to 7 days.
In the event of clothing being returned after 10 days a postage and handling cost applicable to the garment will be charged. The goods must be fit for re-sale, placed in their original, undamaged packing. We may refuse to accept the goods if they are not fit for resale.
Any items incorrectly ordered will incur a 20% handling charge
