We offer free delivery on orders over £75 (inc VAT) on our Standard and Economy services, all our services are fully tracked and sent via Royal Mail, if you leave a mobile number you will receive updates on your order. The Express service is a flat rate cost regardless of spend and is guaranteed to arrive within 1 -3 working days or your money back.
- Express Service 1 - 3 working days (£6.99 for orders under £250)
- Standard Service 3 - 5 working days (£5.99 for orders under £75)
- Economy Service 5 - 7 working days (2.99 for orders under £75)
The majority of our products are shipped direct from the wholesaler, this reduces handling times and the number of people handling your products. If for any reason there is an issue with your order, we will aim to notify you withing 24 hours and issue a refund if, for some reason, we are unable to fulfill your order.

If you wish to return an item you have purchased, it must be returned in its original packaging, with the tags still attached, within 30 days of receiving your item(s).
We are always happy to swap sizes on products and if, in the unlikely event, you are not satisfied with your product we will offer a full refund.
We now offer a free collection service for all returns and exchanges. We use the Post Office as our courier. They will bring the label with them to put on the parcel. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the product is packaged correctly and is not likely to get damaged, in transit, upon return.
