**14. Credit Terms 

14.1. Total Farm Supplies will provide Credit upon successful application, you can apply for a Credit Account here

14.2. TFS Credit Terms are 30 days from date of invoice

14.3. Late Payment - Any late payment, without prior notice, will be subject to a charge of £25 or 5% whichever is greater. Please contact accounts@totalfarmsupplies.co.uk should you wish to discuss your account or contact us via the contact us page

14.4. Final Action -  should you refuse to bring your account out of arrears, without prior notice or a dispute, we will submit your credit to our debt collection agency, without prior notice, after the invoice has aged 15 days.
